Ever notice that you start to feel negative after a long social media binge? These days it is rare to find someone who does not have some sort of social media account, whether it is Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or one of the countless others available. As humans it is our natural tendency to want to feel connected to others, and for many people social media does just that. Unfortunately, when we rely on it as our only way of connection then we run into trouble. There really can be too much of a good thing!
